Growth and change clash with paper business cards

For a growing company like Tummers Group, managing paper business cards was time-consuming. The main challenge was keeping business cards up to date in an organisation that is constantly changing. Employees continue to develop, roles change, job titles evolve and company names have also been updated over time.

The result? Tummers regularly had to throw away business cards because they had become outdated or unnecessary. A frustrating and costly situation for a company that places great importance on sustainability.

“At Tummers Group, many colleagues use business cards,” says Dianne Bosters, Content Marketer at Tummers Group. “We are a growing company and employees continue to develop. As a result, we often had to discard business cards because they were outdated or no longer needed.”

Why Tummers Group chose Wizard Card

The team was looking for a solution that is flexible and supports both growth and sustainability. Wizard Cards turned out to be exactly what they needed. No hassle with printing, no more outdated cards, and contact details that are always up to date. The decision was based on three key pillars:

1. Simplicity in ordering and management
The fast delivery time and user-friendly ordering process fit perfectly with an organisation that values efficiency. Ordering the NFC business cards is very simple, and we always receive them quickly.”

2. Customisation and flexibility
Tummers uses a custom design that reflects their professional identity. Even more important, changes can be implemented quickly. Wizard Card responds quickly whenever adjustments are needed.”

3. Personal guidance
The collaboration started during the design phase. Wizard Card actively contributed ideas about both the content and the practical use of the cards. “We really appreciated the way they thought along with us about the content and use of the cards,” says Dianne. “It helped us internally determine who would benefit from a digital business card and who would not.”

The result: always up to date and sustainable

The switch to Wizard Card has delivered clear, day-to-day benefits for Tummers Group. The biggest issue, throwing away outdated business cards, has been completely eliminated. “Never having to throw away a business card again,” as Dianne puts it. Any change in role, name or organisational structure can be implemented immediately, without wasting paper.

Where paper business cards became outdated the moment they were printed, Tummers’ digital business cards are now always up to date. Contact details, job titles and company information can be updated instantly and always display the correct information.

The administrative burden has been significantly reduced: no more ordering procedures for every change, no stock to manage and no hassle with distribution. Dianne describes the result as “a huge amount of convenience.”
